What we need to know to help with questions regarding account and payment status

In case of payments via Paypal or e-check

• Transaction ID (You will find it on the Paypal page)
• Date of the creation of the Premium Account
• Date of payment

In case of bank transfer

• First name and surname

• Reason for payment/payment memo
