We will check your actual Rapidpoints after you have ordered a premium item at a time.
Please note, that you can only order one premium item per Premium or Collectors account.
Please note that possible customs duty fees cannot be absorbed by RapidShare AG. This fee has to be paid by the recipient themselves.
The supplied products can differ from the image due to limited stock. If the product is not available anymore we will try to supply equal or more significant alternatives.
Terms of Use for the RapidPoints Reward Program
- We will only reward points that have been collected in accordance with our general terms of use. If we discover or assume, that points have been gained in any other way, we are entitled to delete these points without any further notice.
- Please note that shipment can take up to 8 weeks. If a product is not available we will notify you and send you a different product of the same category. It is not possible to convert a product reward into a monetary reward.
- RapidShare is entitled to replace products with other, similar products without further notice.
- If you have reason for objection regarding the products, please send an e-mail to supportrapidshare.com. There is no telephone support regarding products.
